This listing is to place a deposit on a custom piece from MAMA.
Please include the general idea of piece in the order notes and any questions can be sent to contact@mama.xyz before placing deposit.
A recommended 50% of quoted price is requested for deposit unless otherwise noted.
Deposits will be deducted from the final cost of the piece. Final tab due before shipment!
Customs are Ineligible for promo code use & refunds.
Depending on intensity of design and current schedule lead times for your piece could be 2 months + but please reach out if you have certain time concerns, we’re flexible!

Ready to Ship pieces will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
Made to order pieces will be crafted and delivered in 4 - 5 weeks unless otherwise noted.

USA- $9
INTERNATIONAL - $30
All orders are insured and trackable.
All orders are shipped within the USA via UPS or USPS.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information and tracking details for your convenience.
All orders outside the USA are shipped via UPS or DHL delivery services. Please be aware of customs and duty fees the customer will be liable to pay in any destination outside of the USA. We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.

PICK UP
Order pickup is available in Brooklyn, NY. Please reach out via contact@mama.xyz to coordinate a pickup after placing an order. Shipping costs will be refunded upon pickup.
RETURNS
Because our pieces are made-to-order we do not accept returns - only in exceptional circumstances for a store credit. Returns do not apply in any circumstance to any items listed in the sample sales or special orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition that it was received in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
To request a return reach out to contact@mama.xyz. If your return is accepted, we will instruct you as to where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that a store credit issued as a result of a return excludes any shipping fees paid in connection with the original order, and that all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
