Refund policy
RETURNS
Because our pieces are made-to-order we do not accept returns - only in exceptional circumstances for a store credit. Returns do not apply in any circumstance to any items listed in the sample sales or special orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition that it was received in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
To request a return reach out to contact@mama.xyz. If your return is accepted, we will instruct you as to where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that a store credit issued as a result of a return excludes any shipping fees paid in connection with the original order, and that all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

DAMAGE & REPAIRS
In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective we require that you email contact@mama.xyz please include your name, proof of purchase, photos and a description of the issue.
In the event that a piece has been worn and damaged or a stone needs to be reset or relaced please reach out to contact@mama.xyz and we'll be happy to coordinate a repair.
CUSTOMS
Custom work is made one-of-a-kind with and for you and is not eligible for return. By paying a deposit and invoices for the piece you are agreeing to this. Custom or bespoke pieces refer to any item that is customized altered or created one of a kind. Deposits are never eligible for refunds. If an invoice remains unpaid for more than three months, ownership of the piece reverts to MAMA which reserves the right to resell, repurpose, or otherwise use it at discretion.
