INTERNATIONAL - $30
All orders are insured and trackable.
All orders are shipped within the USA via UPS or USPS.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information and tracking details for your convenience.
All orders outside the USA are shipped via UPS or DHL delivery services. Please be aware of customs and duty fees the customer will be liable to pay in any destination outside of the USA. We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.

PICK UP
Order pickup is available in Brooklyn, NY. Please reach out via contact@mama.xyz to coordinate a pickup after placing an order. Shipping costs will be refunded upon pickup.
LEAD TIMES
All orders are subject to production and fulfillment lead times before they ship. Each piece is estimated to ship within its respective lead time specified in the item's description. All lead times are measured from the next business day after an order is placed. Please note that certain pieces may have different lead times, and all lead times specified are estimates only.
Pieces are “made to order” meaning that each piece is custom produced for you when you place your order, and are shipped upon completion, within approximately 3 to 8 weeks of purchase or otherwise as specified. In stock pieces ship within approximately 3-5 business days of purchase. Items are labeled “made to order” or “in stock” on their product pages.
While we aim to ship your order within the lead time stated in your order summary, the actual time to ship your order may be longer or shorter depending on production capabilities and other conditions. If you wish to check in on the status of your piece or request a rush order please email contact@mama.xyz.
